Angela V. Ross, DMD

“Orthodontics is the best profession out there, hands down! Where else can you contribute so much to people’s lives? It is so rewarding to see the confidence in my patients when they first see their new smile!

“After opening my orthodontic practice over 25 years ago, I am still excited to come to work every day. My profession is a combination of biomechanics and art. The result is the unique ability to create beautiful smiles and improve self-esteem for patients of any age. I appreciate that my patients genuinely feel that the quality of their lives has been improved, both physically and emotionally, after going through orthodontic treatment. I think it is important to help those in need, and I enjoy donating my time and energy to our wonderful community.”

Christine, Licensed Dental Assistant

“I am an orthodontic dental assistant, and help perform chair-side orthodontic procedures such as clear braces, Invisalign, clear aligners, retainers and patient education. I’ve been a licensed dental assistant for more than twenty years, and I’ve been working with Dr. Ross since 2000. I love to make people smile! My favorite part of my job is seeing the results and changing smiles. I also like to educate our patients and their parents, to help give them an understanding of what we are doing. In my free time, I enjoy being with my two kids, working in my yard, working out, shopping, and entertaining at my home.”

Julie, Office Administrator

“I work at the front desk answering phones, making appointments, and helping patients. I have worked with Dr. Ross at Family Orthodontics since 2006, and I love it here! My favorite part of my job is interacting with our patients and their families. All of our patients are special to me and I enjoy getting to know them on a personal basis. My husband and I have four children and a dog. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to Mexico.”

Shelli, Office Manager

“As the office manager, I’m in charge of financial contracts, helping patients with their dental insurance, and scheduling appointments. I’m proud to say I’ve been working with Dr. Ross at Family Orthodontics since 1997 and I love being a part of such a great team! Our doctors truly care about our patients, and always treat them like part of the family. In my spare time, I like to work out and spend time with my husband and our two kids.”

Ariana, Licensed Dental Assistant

“I began my orthodontic career here in May of 2013 and have loved every minute it! There is nothing more rewarding than giving people the smiles they have always wanted! I currently live in the southwest suburbs and I'm not sure I could ever leave! On my free time, I enjoy working out and any outdoor activities, especially in the winter. You might notice I LOVE Christmas, my cat, and keeping up on celebrity gossip! I cannot wait to meet you!”

Lisa, Licensed Dental Assistant & Treatment Coordinator

“I am a licensed dental assistant and Dr. Ross’ treatment coordinator. I have been in the dental field for many years and I still love it. I grew up in Indiana but have called Minnesota home for some time now. I am a constant researcher of new technologies and innovations and like to see how I can implement them in the orthodontic arena. When you come to the office and hear someone whistling or singing, you can assume it’s probably me!”

Caitlin, Orthodontic Assistant

“I started at Family Orthodontics in September, 2015! The staff has been great and meeting our patients, both young and old, has been very rewarding and fun. I graduated college in 2013 and have been working in orthodontics for three years. It’s definitely my favorite dental specialty, no doubt about it. For fun, I like to go watch and cheer on the Minnesota Wild hockey team!!”

Carly, Office Administrator

As the newest member of the Family Orthodontics team, I have loved getting to know all the patients and their families. I started in 2017, working at the front desk answering phones, scheduling appointments, and doing whatever I can to help patients. I came to Dr. Ross for my braces many years ago, so it's exciting to be on the other side of the desk getting to see people transform their smiles. As a full-time business student, I don't have much free time, but when I do I enjoy going to my Cabin and spending time with friends and family.
